openbox s10 reboots constantly

Hi Guys,when my openbox s10 is switched on it keeps rebooting.ive looked at the threads kaos suggests but i cannot seem to find any solution.any help please,do i just send it back,it is one day old.cheers Allan

Hi I have just had the smae problem with the openbox I bought it would not power motor and constanly turned off and rebooted during installation. Do you have a motorised dish because I was advised it was a compatibility issue (don't know how true this is though). Sorry I can help any further just sympathise with your frustrations as I know how annoying it is.

unplug the sat feed , then it will boot

certain channels cause box to reboot...unplug sat feed ,then delete last channel..on my box there was prob about 10 channs that needed deleting so be patient

Just got this box and it keeps rebooting even when I'm trying to do firmware update, it gets to about 62% then the box reboots!!!

any help please

just managed to flash firmware but still keeps rebooting. taken sat feed out also..


now just a small 'o' on display

nope back to rebooting.. ggrrrrrrr
