Dish Problem Or Not?? Brains Needed

I have Openbox S10 and have used quite a few different softwares to try and solve a little problem.

Channel list uploaded to box and shows all channels using 60cm Sky Dish.

When I change to the 98cm motorised dish I get No Signal on a small number of channels. Baby TV, Tiny Pop, Pop Girl and Tiny Pop + 1. Signal Intensity drops to 44-45 on these channels.

If I go back to the 60cm Sky Dish all is ok.

    Anyone any Ideas?

both dishes are pointing to same sat? if so, perhaps the connectors on the coaxial cable are damaged, maybe the skew is not right.
