up to date channel list 28.2

can any send me a up to date channel list for 28.2 only
ive tried a few lists and they didnt work (carling's one didnt work for me)
i found a few lists with other sats on but there no good to me on this box as im only using a fixed sly dish, so would like a list with just 28.2
