make a small patch cable between stb and lnb, putting a voltage reducing diode inline. has fixed the problem for me on numerous skybox s11 and openbox s11. you will need approx 6 inches rg6 cable..sat cable,two f-type plugs..the plug on the sat dish cable,and 1 sat dish cable joiner..soildering iron heat shrink tube or electricians tape. or pm and i would make for the cost of parts+post

I should have said what frequency are they on so you can rescan that frequency or if it has changed kingofsat will put you right. sly2 and pick tv changed yesterday have you noticed. by the way editing a service will not work unless it is on the right frequency. link is below pen and paper to wright down all frequency then scan each. hope that helps

got my answer tried box on friends it all channels are working so il need a new dish i guess.

The dish may be fractionally out of alignment.

I have a small sky dish that gets all channels and a one metre motorised that gets everthing except one transponder on 28.2. It picks up everything on other sats.

just looking for a fix for myself. I moved the box to another line in my home and developed the problem. The funny thing is I have no problems with a DM500 I am using an octo lnb with a mini dish.(does it suit small dish needs big gains for octo lnb)
It has been suggested(on another forum) to purchase the inverto black octo lnb, which do not fit the bracket of the mini dish. So I'm thinking a bigger dish(60cm round), it should improve signal strength and overcome the lost of viewing when it rains heavily.
