skybox s10

alright lads just gott a skybox s10 but when i try to scan for channels i only get signal intensity of 45% and signal quality of 10%.. when i disconnect the cable from the back and put it back in it jumps to 87% and 76%... any ideas what this could be .. have dreambox down stairs which is working perfect so dish and lnb are all gud

bad tuner mate, there was a bad batch of s10 tuner boards swap the boards or change the box

yeah mate it is coming straight from dish with own cable
