USB stick issue with skybox S11

Hi,

My skybox S11 (with original ChipID) don't recongnize my usb stick anymore. The box recognized it the first time I plugged the key. However I removed it using the command on the box menu, the box won't recognize it anymore.

How to fix the problem ?

Format usb on computer then plug it in box
