Is this based on AJ's last list with the SD Film & Sports channels seperate, or is it based on your own last list with the SD channels straight after the HD versions?

It's based on all of AJ' last lists that he put up on the 8th September

Haven't tried it yet, so I'm wondering what has changed with ITV+1 as it's still working with the old list.

(With SD) lists have some standard definition versions of HD channels already in the list for those that have issues with some HD channels.

It's just one of the regional channels, ITV+1 Meridian.

I have downloaded the channel list it comes in like a white blank looking file how do I convert so I can plug it in to my skybox?
