There have been some transponder changes today affecting around 60 channels.
If you want to get them back now, you will need to add the following to the TP list & then search them:-
11582/22000/H
11597/23000/V
11670/22000/H
11685/22000/V
The newly scanned channels will appear at the end of the "all channels" list.Last edited by Hadron; 30 June, 2015, 18:54.Comment

Why are my favourites not named correctly?
If you're using my channel list for the first time, the favourites will likely not be in order. To put them in order, go into the menu and "reset to factory settings" and then reboot. Your other settings shouldn't be effected but please backup/"dump to usb" your CCcam.cfg file first just in case anything goes wronginformation given is to be used for educational purposes only

When uploading a new channel list is it essential to delete the old channels first? I ask because when I updated my channels the other week the box died and was stuck on 'load'. I didn't delete the old channels beforehand. Thankfully my eBay seller agreed to take it back and repair/replace it.
Does anyone know what causes that bug? Some old Openbox I had years ago never had this problem, would just put the new list on a USB and update it, now I'm frightened to do that now just in case it breaks again.Comment

I never delete the old list first and I've never had any trouble. Seems to be triggered by just a random bad flash or issue with the usb stick. Some people brick a couple boxes in a row using the same stick, formatting and transferring a fresh file seems to fix it. I always make sure to safely eject the usb from the computer when updating too.
If you're worried about bricking the box again, maybe just buy an rs232 cable and learn to unbrick it yourself, it's fairly easy.Comment

Thanks for the reply, I'll be sure not to use the stick I used last time as it could be that, I'll also remember to remove the stick safely before pulling it out.
I've looked into that RS232 cable to do it myself before sending it back but I've read you have to buy a specific one else it wouldn't work. Plus I'm not even sure I have a RS232 port on my PC.
Can you recommend a certain one that works with the Openbox F5S?
Thanks again!Comment
