Try the basics....
Have you done a full reboot of the system & network ??
also go into the network menu & make sure DHCP is on/auto
If not switch it on & reboot the box....see if that works
is the box hard wired / wireless / home plugs ??
check on the box if any of the network app's are working if yes then as Hadron say's....we cannot discuss any further .....Google would be your friend from here on.
Just did that and now I'm back with my original problem with 'no signal' in blue in paid channels. I always get bt sports though and some +1 paid channels ie comedy central +1 but not comedy central. Very bizzare.
I have the exact same issue on Openbox v8s. Did you fix it? I heard its to do with Sky broadbands skyshield, I have taken this off but still no channels. After single satellite search I can see the channels but as soon as I updated the latest AJ channel list all paid channels are scrambled with blue icon

I managed to fix mine, reflashed the firmware, now all channels are back, hope that helps
