cbeebies transmits until 19:00 then turns to bbc4, cbbc turns to bbc3 at 19:00. its just the way theyre broadcast, nothing wrong with the channel list or your boxFave replies from various threads

Dont think its anything to do with the list but has anyone had any issues when changing channel sometimes you get scambled on channels then once rebooted theres no problem? ive tried various firmwares it does it on all it is most noteable on sky1 hd sky sports news hd and mtv hd once rebooted its fine for ages. it is only when you change channel never happens mid watch of anything
running an s9 by the wayComment

I get this on my Skybox F3.Dont think its anything to do with the list but has anyone had any issues when changing channel sometimes you get scambled on channels then once rebooted theres no problem? ive tried various firmwares it does it on all it is most noteable on sky1 hd sky sports news hd and mtv hd once rebooted its fine for ages. it is only when you change channel never happens mid watch of anything

I think there's a flaw. My theory is basically: when you're changing channels, the now/next information is stored in the memory. As you change lots of channels, more and more now/next info gets saved in the memory. Eventually after you've changed so many channels, the memory gets filled up and it's not able to unscramble anything.
My reason for this theory is because when you go back to a channel you were watching earlier, the old program info is still there, and it takes about a second for it to refresh. That means the old program info was still lurking around in memory even though the program ended hours ago.Last edited by asim18; 11 December, 2012, 03:06.sigpicComment
