the channel categories only update with a full image dump

i was wondering would it not be easier to backup your image and post that rather than just the channel list ?

how to change groups to names on m3

I have a channel list but it just says fav group 1-22 anybody no how to change these to movies and sports etc for easier selection plz on an m3 box thanks

And if I put ajs list on my m3 will it work and also when I update them every so often do I just do same as what I did to get the channel list on there sorry if ma questions are daft just new to this so any help would be very grateful thanks

Needs updating as some of the Asian channels dont work i.e star plus hd , colours and zee tv

Im sure in time this will be sorted.
Im sure you can scan yourself and add these channels?
You wont learn anything if your spoonfed all the time
We all started somewhere give it a go it aint that hard.

Clearly if you know how to amend it do it yourself.
Its only going to affect your box.
I use Catseyes bouquets all the time but have my own bouquet on it for regional stuff.

We lost sgtflipflops because members were constantly moaning about bouquets not being updated.
What would you do if Aj packed it in you would be well p155ed off.

A full scan will take 20mins. and then faffing around in the editor sorting out channel lists once ive worked out which of the channels are not working
Editing the default audio channel. placing it the correct order
All takes time
But I appreciate AJs hard work and while he is posting them on here i I will download it and test it - nothing wrong with that, its upto me whether i create my own one or not

yeh big shout for aj without him most of you would be lost and before you start asking for this and that DO SOME READING most of the stuff your all asking for is already on here,if you carnt get 1 channel thats not in the list rescan,aj does his best and carnt please everyone,he helps ,will you

If problems don't get mentioned they won't get fixed as I don't have an openbox anymore. Those channels mentioned though seem to be correct, anyone else having problems with the international channels - Colors, Star Plus HD etc?
