Noob question but before i do anything want to be 100% sure I know what I'm doing.
AJs list and how to upgrade the channels tutorial, can this be done on a new F3 just out of the box?? Or do i have to follow the (stickied) Openbox Set up Guide first??

Depends on if you are happy with the current firmware.
Just make a back up as you dont want to lose anything from the box.
If push comes to shove just put it back on.
Have a look at the red stickies at the top of the openbox section.Shady did a great guide for you to follow.

So the firmware that it comes with is sufficent for installing AJ's list???
You say look at Shadys tutorial, I did this and dont know if I should do what shady says i his tut first or skip that and just go do what it says i AJs list tutorial??
It will be my first time using an F3 and I dont want to complicate things by changing firmware unless I really need to.
Hope I'm not confussing things and thanks again.

It looks like Nick Jnr +1 and Nick Jnr 2 aren't working, haven't been for last few days. Any chance you could check if the freqs have changed?

a new chan has appeared, Arise News HD but its not in the list. also upcoming changes to movies. could you please go over all chans mate. also add new. thanks very much for the lists.

Lots of channels have change frequencies, some new and renamed channels also. If you can't wait for AJ to update his fantastic list just download his most recent and edit it yourself, you can't rely on AJ forever

Hi all,

Completely new to the F3 box.

I personally have a BM7000S HD box, and now trying to configure a F3 box but after doing a channel scan I don't seem to have any of the Sky Movies HD channels? where as on my other box I have all that?

Will I see those channels after uploading this update?

Lots of channels have change frequencies, some new and renamed channels also. If you can't wait for AJ to update his fantastic list just download his most recent and edit it yourself, you can't rely on AJ forever

Can you point me in the direction of the new freq's mate should be able to figure out rest myself
