Hi Guys,
Brand new to this so please go easy.
Just unboxed a skybox f3 and want to get it up and running asap.

is there any need to update the factory set firmware?

hopefully i can dl aj's channel list and i'll be up and running.

Depends where you bought the F3 from mate and what you want from it

It looks like Nick Jnr +1 and Nick Jnr 2 aren't working, haven't been for last few days. Any chance you could check if the freqs have changed?

Hi great list AJ, i always check back here for an update when channels disappear because of sky reshuffling them. Could you please check the FTA channel Showcase1 as it has gone off. Showcase 2 is working fine. I did try to add it on myself without much luck. Thanks again

tried this update but lost a few channels saying no channel or something mostly around the music

I have a VU+ duo box running Vix is there anyway I can convert the dbs file so that I can upload via dreambox edit or is there another way.

Any help would be much appreciated.

is there a chance to put this list on a openbox x5?? Is there a chace to change a dbs file into a bin file? Openbox x5 only excepted bin files as far as i know..

I am afraid you will have to do this yourself with the relevant software, and before you ask i dont what software you need to convert it over to work on the X5 but someone might.

This will not work on the Amiko as it is for the Skybox brand of receivers.

hi i extracted the channel list with winrar transfered it to usb stick followed install instructions all uploads good file shows as OK but yet $ channels are still scrambled, just freeview channels working. am i doing something wrong pls help!!!!
