Glitching on Comedy Central Extra (and +1) as well as BET has reduced after the latest update, but its not completely free of glitching AJ. There is still a good deal of glitching on these two channels whereas all other channels (including HD) seem to be working quite well.

AJ seems to be a whole Year ahead of us 2014 on the file names

This may be signal quality issue as those channels are on same Satellite Eutelsat 28A, 11661.54 H.

The channel list isn't going to affect your viewing buddy, if your tuned into the right frequency and getting glitching it's either a signal issue your end or your server that's got the problem

I agree jamesyboy but my signal is 85% and most of the time the server is pretty much spot on but on this instance we and a big match the other weekend and the majority of the people would have been watching it and completely overloading the server therefore if you went over to the SD channel of the same program it wouldent of been so bad to watch? prob still a little glitchy but not as poor as HD channel.

Tried this but a few channels don't work..... SKY 1 HD amongst others
some of the frequencies don't seem to match this list.
Astra 1N / Astra 2A / Astra 2D / Astra 2F / Eutelsat 28A / Eutelsat 28B (28.2?E) - All transmissions - frequencies - KingOfSat

This list is still one of best non sky numbered files available

I loaded another list and Comedy Central Extra (and +1) did not have any glitching. I took note of the freq

11662/H/27500

whereas on AJ's list Comedy Central Exta (and +1) is on

11661/H/27500

According to KoS the frequency is 11661.54 so it's between both those frequencies. I use AJs list and checked my frequency is 11661/H/27500 and don't have any glitching at all.

I have signal quality around 72/73.

What is your signal quality for this frequency?

In theory it should be fine then at 1 or 2, these openboxes aren't the best, maybe the tuners not quite as sensitive as its meant to be or your dish could be slightly out of line but if you've solved it with a slight frequency tweak then its all good

That transponder frequency is for Ireland, with Irish commercials.

The UK Comedy Central is on 12110 H.

That's the main comedy central and it's on astra 1N.

Comedy Central Extra is not on this satellite, it's on what I mentioned above. KoS state Comedy Central Extra is both IR and UK on the details I mentioned above (albeit different streams or whatever its called for both IR and UK versions ).

Hopefully this will stop some glitching and the odd 'scrambled' signal popping up. Will give it a try now!

Just to clarify.

AJ's list contains the Irish version of Comedy Central Extra on 11662 H.

The UK version of Comedy Central Extra is on 12148 H.

Added AJ list to my F5 and all working perfect. Just need to rename my favourites to match the listing
