Use winrar to unpack the file. It will unpack to a folder containing Favourites.jpg & TP_PROG.dbs. Copy TP_PROG.dbs to a memory stick. Insert stick into box. In the menu, select Edit channel > delete all. Select Tools > upgrade by USB > upgrade mode = misc. files. "Select & Upgrade" = TP_PROG.dbs. Press green or OK to tick. Press yellow to upgrade. Wait for file to be transfered. Press info to check that file was transfered. If you press Exit a few times, you will notice that it still says that you have no channels. Put box into standby for a few seconds then back to on.
ive managed to find these, take a look at my screenshots. My issue is getting the TP_PROG.dbs file to the actual memory stick. I am unable to copy and paste this file to my desktop nor am I able to drag it. Take a look at my screenshots

How to I physically put this file on my UBS Stick. Apologies for the silly questions

You have to extract the file (via the extract button) from Winrar to known location before you can Copy & Paste or Drag to your USB stick.

Hi you may have to Delete your existing Channel List and then copy the new TP_Prog file to your box as per Hadron's instructions.

To turn off the narration, select another audio channel using the "Audio" button.

Yep. I don't use Winrar myself (I use a free program called IZArc). I was wondering if Winrar gives you a right-click menu like IZArc does?

When I download a compressed file, I simply right-click on it & select "Extract here" or "Extract to..." from the IZArc menu.

Yes, winrar gives you the right-click context menu options. 7zip is also a pretty good free program and useful extracting all the files out of exe's without installing them
