got AJ's channel list working but is anyone elses channels freezing alot?

How are you receiving these particular sports channels? If you mention a payserver, I think you should revisit our rules and you should really also take a look at why we do not allow such discussions.

every time i try to install the channel list and i try to do 'search and upgrade' i select the file with the yellow button and it says 'selected none' ?

You have to select the TP-PROG.dbs by pressing OK before pressing the yellow button

I use AJ's list but make ajustments to suit local regional news

Added back SD version of BBC3/4 Cbeebies/CBBC to both lists as the HD versions are only testing until official launch later this month (10th)

I have just purchases a Skybox F5s box. I have uploaded AJ's excellent channel list. (Thank you). However I must have done something wrong. I have all the channels in groups; my problem is the group titles show as incorrect. ie: the Sports channels are titled Entertainment etc. Please could someone advise?

just go to menu fav edit and change the names
