I updated using the latest channel list from AJ (deleted my current channels first, then rebooted) and the favourites are wrong. How can I do it so they all match up properly?

Factory reset your box without making any selections.

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:
On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

My service provider has traveled, he is out of the city.
Now since yesterday all my $ channels have scrambled. I have done all ways of reset i could be able to, on + off, reset router and box (skyboxf3) other ways round but nothing has changed.
I have seen the list 14dec13 but have never done it myself.

Other channels are working fine the FTA.

I will appreciate if you could help me what you thing is wrong, bought twelve months gift.

Does anyone have any issues with Star Life OK? I have an intermittent issue with that particular channel. Every other channel is fine.

Just watching the football & everything has scrambled... Every channel except BBC1/2, ITV & Ch4.

No, it should maintain the network files but back them up just in case.

I haven't updated channels my box in a while and unsure on how to really. Is there a way you can check what version you are running at the moment? I've lost a few channels like 5 and bt sports etc.

Do you know if I updated the channel list it would help?

Yes, BT Sports and Channel 5 were he last of the important channels to change frequency.
