AJ's Sky UK Channel List **Discussion** Thread

I contacted my line provider who advised to use Ajsat ch list dated after 30.05.15 which I've now done and I've updated as normal but the channels are still missing. Mainly the movie channels but there are a few others. Would re-searching the channels through the sat finder solve this?

i have just done an accurate scan with the latest AJ list, now i only seem to be able to get disney / family and thrilller movie channels.

SNAP!! scrambled and not the usual invalid ie no signal message

I mentioned this in post 3221 but i was told channels are moving again?

Its something to do with these type of boxes not always reading the sid correctly or something to the like as all other box brands other than openboxes are fine.

(not allowed to talk about it) but usually changing the way you read your channels sorts it but not this time,, it will either sort itself out or it will be fixed in the next list update i would think

Hi. You only just realised that these boxes are crap. You get problems on these boxes every day on this forum. Regarding channel lists why dont you create your own by doing a scan on your box.. this will eliminate errors from other people channel list as their receiver may have different frequency reading to yours. Remember just because you have same receivers does not mean you have same setups.

Hi where is the download thread ???? most of my movie channels have gone getting same as others channels Scrambled no signal. If I do a reset to factory settings will I lose everything ??? and If I do a channel scan should I delete the channels I already have 1st or just re-scan ??? don't want to mess it up more than it already is as kids channels are still working and that keeps the kids happy

I see the itv 2,3, and 4 HD are clearing can these be added to aj's list?

just put this on box most channels do clear but take some time.then when i go to movies i get invalid channel but if i reboot box its ok..but if i turn over to sport and then go back to the same movie channel that was working it says invalid again ..info on how to fix as i can see over people are having same problems..

If you have reset your box try 0000. If this does not work it means you have changed it and in that case you must keep trying until you remember.

I have told Police Scotland and Trading Standards everything. I have told them that I purchased a set top box from the internet from a seller called ************************************************** ******I don't have any problems with that.

I am highlighting this on here so it doesn't happen to others. The guy AJ was selling boxes on a site on Ebay. He tells you to pay through his Paypal account and that you must pay it as a Family payment. That way it is not classed as a business transaction. You then don't have any write to get your money back. A very cunning and sneaky way to get your money from you.

I will keep hunting for him until I get my money back.

Sorry but you should had smelt something fishy straight away.....that's why only pay via paypal as a service or item then your covered
