Openbox won't respond if it has been left a while.

For some reason when I leave the openbox for a while say and hour or two and come back to it. Nothing will work the program it was on will be fine but the control won't work nor the buttons on the box. Strange?

Yes strange, back up list etc, factory reset and load new image.

I encountered that and I got round it by opening box up and pulling out the connector for the card reader as I wasnt using it and its been fine since.

It would just boot up to the last channel watched, nothing on display and remote did zilch but doing above solved it, why this helps ive no idea but it worked for me, well me dad really it was his box.

pulling the cardreader out helps with internal air flow.
I did that before installing a fan.Old 486 pc cpu fan.
