openbox s10 help plz

hi all
ok just got new openbox s10, but after an 1 to 2 hrs no network? bought new ethernet cable but still no luck?
then i have to turn box off at wall for 1hr then back on to get network and only lasts 1/2 hrs nd off again
if i connect my dm500s network stays on all day?
can any1 help me please

it is m8 yes

Could be faulty box send it back, or try at a friends house or something
