Openbox Network option not coming up

Are you having the problem or has the box got a problem?

First check the network plugs are pushed fully home in the port, router and the locking clips have snapped in. Now when the box is switched on check that it has two lights, one either side of the ethernet port.

If all is ok and you have uploaded your line to the box, if its Cccamd check it has been ticked.

Lol I m having the problem , but normally when go to menu on openbox u should b able to see option network , which I m not getting there , I have checked all the wires and router all fine , but that cccam I have tried , I don't know how to update that , I tried updating the firmware and the channel list , but only freeview channels coming up , which means I have to do cccam??
