    OpenBox DISEqC/Switch/Voltage Issue

    Hi Guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me decide which direction to go.

    Here is my setup:
Dual LNBs connected to 119 and 110. I have two receivers, a SonicView and an Openbox.

Each STB is connected to the lnbs by 2 separate switches. The Sonicview works flawlessly with both lnbs connected.

However, the Openbox ONLY works when connected to the LNB pointing at 110*W. If, i plug in the 119* then I only get some channels from each satellite. Not only that, if i plug in the 119* by itself, i get no channels.

Now, I understand that the openbox receiver has voltage issues. I'm not sure if i should get an amplifier

Or... if i need to keep trying different switches until I get it working.

I've been working on this openbox for about a week now and it's driving me insane. Any help would be appreciated!

I managed to sort it out. LNB skew was off for 119*. Works great now...
