openbox s9 asian channels scrambled

Hi all , first of all I like to thanks all of you to doing the great job on this forum.
I just play with iphone but don?t know about CCCAM stuff like upgrade software or channels. The box was working fine up to now . when I changed my new cline provide day before yesterday. the Asian channels got missing all other seem fine. Could anyone please help me to upgrade the channels, firmware or whatever you feel better for me. Thanks

Just about managed to read that. If all your other channels are working do you free channels or the premium channels too like sports and movies are ok and asians arnt working.

If thats the case then maybe your new provider doesnt have the asian package which case you need to speak to provider but you should still have the free asian channels.

sorry for that. you can see i just started on this forum and it will time to understand the things around. yes the other premium channels are coming even asian channel star plus. i belive you are right. i will speak with them tomorrow.
