Openbox Channel List inc Scottish and music 03/04/2012

Here is a channel list sorted into following categories. This is basically the channel list created by "mast" with the following changes.
I have Scottish channels added to Fav Group 1 and music channels into Fav Group 9.

1. Entertainment
2. Asian
3. Sports including Sky Sports F1
4. Movies
5. Kids
6. Documentaries
7. Home and Health
8. News
9. Music



There is no seperate HD Bouquets but are in order in relevant bouquets, eg. sky movies, sky movies HD, sky drama, sky drama HD etc and the sports are sports 1,2,3,4 sports news then sports 1 HD, sports 2 HD etc.

This is my first play with the channel editor and S11 box.
Hopefully it works for others.
