openbox s10 real but says fake??

Hi any help would be appreciated, i purchased the openbox s10 from a shop which is know for selling all originals, for some reason when i turned the box on today it came up with a message in its own box in the center of the screen with the openbox logo behind it saying, saying on a few consecutive lines, your box is a clone version in yellow, and on the last line it said clone chip or fake chip and a few ffff, and now its stuck on "ON". any idea why this as happened thank you.

either a clone or it will happen if you pop the tuner out of the socket.Bootloader section will be all FF's and 64k of the maincode gets overwritten.Recover via rs232 and loader v2.0.0c and load clone safe firmware.If/when it boots again check the sys info screen to make sure everything isn't 0000000

Hi funny you should say tuner might be popped out, cos at first it was messing about saying no signal when the sky cable was plugged in and the signal would come on and go off when i messed with coax cable. is it possible the tuner could have come out without opening the box??

on mine they added rubbers to keep the tuner in it's socket.Rough handling may have loosened the tuner in it's socket, there is only one tiny screw holding it in on mine.

as a matter of fact I was playing around with different receivers that have the lnb connector in different spots and when I connected the openbox I forgot and connected to the loop out by mistake. Then it kicked into clone detect mode and died.
