S10 issue

Hi guys
Got an s10 (based in uk) running latest firmware and not clOan box, had it a week and today it just won't show any channels.
You can see the channel lists, epg etc, but when selecting the channel it doesn't show it - no messages on the box or on the tv.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have to start from scratch check sat dish and cables are working first. Then if it is concentrate on fta channels.You need to get to this stage first.

try the v-format button, but once pressed wait 10 - 20 seconds before pressing it again as it takes time to adjust.. there's quite a few diff formats so be patient

It's not cable related, or sat related as done checks to rule those out. Hdmi lead is working with Xbox fine.
Just gone though the v format and waited 30-60 seconds on each one - still nothing

Try it with a composite connection if you got the lead (the red, white, yellow). Doest it have a scart connection if it does try with that as well.

Tried comp but same issue - can see all the menus etc but no picture or sound comes through

Try a reflash as long as you have your "other" info saved.

if you are still get no joy after a reflash, and you are getting the menu screen, go into antenna settings and check the signal is there.. also check the lnb frequency settings are on universal 9750 - 10600 or somewhere around that area.
