scanning for particular channels

hi all,

im wondering since i have the s10 with 5000 capacity channel storage, is there a way i can only scan for one particular channel instead of 1000 plus per satellite? my reasoning behind it is for epl basically. i'd look for which game i want to watch and then find the foreign channel its being shown on and scan that satellite but obviously i dont want all the rubbish that comes with it? so can someone tell me how to search using the frequency etc that i'll find on ljs website?

yes, look up the transponder the channel is on and go to installation - transponder list, here you will find the transponder; if not there you can add it, press select on the transponder you want and you can select tv/radio fta/scrambled and scan just the 1 transponder, then go to tv channels and delete the channels you dont want as there will be a few on each transponder
