no option to upgrade or add subscription details ( skybox s11 )

i installed new firmware last night ( SKYBOX S11 FIRMWARE (15-02-2012)

it has now takin the option away from me to put any new firmware onto my box and to put in my subscription details ?

need to change the firmware if i was to use a rs232 cable would i be able to do this through my laptop ?

if so were can i get the software to send the new firmware image to the openbox s11

openbox s11 power gone

hi can any one tell me i have openbox s11 using last 3months
yesterday thats power has gone no light on fornt i changed fuse aswell
