Openbox s11 picture is blur

I have just got a openbox s11 hd box and the picture is blur on some channels whislt watching can anyone help and also i can i get racing uk to come on it just says scrambled

hi topcat3 welcome to DK Forum. have you tried the receiver on another tv set and is that problem via scart or hdmi. the racing channel is a subscription channel have you subscribed to it

Yes i have tried that but the tv is brand new and for the racing channel my gets and doesnt subscribe thanks for the comments and help
