open box s11 out of sync

out of sync on hd channels on openbox s11

anyone point me to best firmware to stop this please

i have C2HS2-12-02-15 on my box

do i have to back anything up if im gonna change firmware
as i have f/ware and channel list

or do i do factory reset and just load new f/ware and channel list

as i loaded c2hs2-11-12-13 0481cmt
and its no good on hd channels
snooker is on and ball is hit but its not in sync

I dont know which firmware does this but I know I tried a couple that did this so I put last march firmware that works well.

havin a sync problem with my s11 too! will try one of the downloads on forum and let you know if it works

Like wise i have the same firmware and the same out of sync issue along with breaking in sound, hope this fw works the last few i found did some crazy stuff to my box or didnt have a network option

Did this work as im having the same issue, if i reboot the box it will be fine for a while but then eventually go back to the breakage in sound and lip sync issue, if this solved the issue for you guy please let me know and ill give it a go, getting fed up of trying fw after fw after fw to no avail!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! wish i never did the update now!!!
