Audio of Eagle box 800 H D

Hi all,I hope I am in order posting this problem on this part of the forum,I bought an Eaglebox 800 H D and like I always do on a new Stb ,now that I have it nearly working I am having a difficulty with the audio I have loaded a line and have clear Sat channels but no audio,help here would be appreciated or directed to the proper area many thanks in advance,regards McG

Not familiar with that box except an earlier version of eagle box wich was similar to dm500s, anyway check in setup and see if you have configured correctly and then either press your audio button and choose your default audio settings, you migh have to do that on most channels as on occasions Ive had to on some dm500s or on my 800se sometimes on reboots Il have no audio til I take out the hdmi cable and plug back in and everything is fine again.

Dont know why this happens but perhaps it might be same for you.

Many thanks Mask I went thru settings and found the Hdmi audio was turned off,turned it on and the panic was over still not a 100% sure of this box rang the Alsat gang but he had'nt a clue,told me they only import them but I will keep trying,maybe I will mpost a dummies instruction on how to get the thing working anyway thanks,McG
