very new to this and lost channels

hi, I got a open box s11 today. was all working fine then sound went, turned off and back on but have lost all the pay channels. got a gift card for a month with it, in manage cccam it says on the right No Active. Have i done some thing wrong, please help very new to this.

maybe internet needs a reboot?

Just tried this but nothing, even shunt down the box and restarted but nothing.

working great now, had taken off the tick on the Cam line. Thank you for all your help
