Odd problem no picture no sound but subtitles

When I try to watch sky encrypted channels on my OpenBox s11 I get no sound or picture, but I can see the subtitles FTA channels work fine.

The logo for my line is green so all is clearing on there.

i have changed the firmware and no luck.

Sounds like sealion problem to me. Contact ur provider. U will still get subtitles even if ur channels dont clear

Thanks for the reply! The provider are asking for a log, is it possible to get a log file from an openbox s11?
