2 Problems, 1 with an S10, 1 with an S11

Hi guys, I have a strange problem with an Openbox S10 here.

It'll open ALL sd channels perfectly but for some strange reason when it comes to HD channels I can only hear audio but it won't display any video. The BBC HD channel is slightly different where it opens the video but freezes and audio works perfectly.

I have tried an amplifier and that won't work. Would I be correct in thinking this could be a faulty tuner and ordering one from eBay would fix the problem?

Also the problem with the S11. I bought one from eBay and the seller said it was genuine, I flashed it with new firmware/channel list etc and sure enough after 10 reboots it said THIS IS A CLONE BOX etc etc and now there is no life in the box at all. I've tried to reflash but the program just isn't seeing it. I've emailed the seller but getting nowhere sadly

I've had the sound problem a few times. Make sure the HDMI is pushed home fully put the box into standby and switch back on again.

As far as the clone is concerned, if he wont respond open a dispute "Not as Described.

It matter not what you purchased the box for. It simply doesn't work.

Thanks for replying. Have already tried that with the HDMI. Any other ideas? He has replied since posting this thread so it's going back tomorrow
