    S11 Freeze issues

I am hoping someone out there can help me find a solution to a problem I with a S11 box i recently bought from ebay. In fact it looks more like 2 seperate issues.

Firstly there seems to be many channels that I cannot access, ie most Movie HD channels, EPSN, Sky Sports 3, Setanta sports to name just a few. On these channels the signal strength is only about 10% where ass all other channels that I can access the signal is over 70%.

Secondly the channels that I can access seem to freeze for a second or 2 randomly.

I am new to openbox setup so any advice you guys can offer would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I have already updated the channel list using HDS2 found on this forum. And it was just the openbox I bought off ebay. I was hoping that it was just a simple configuration issue that is causing the channels to intermittently freeze but to be honest I'm a complete newbie so could very well be anything.

A couple of my mates connect to the same server and have no problems albeit they both have bladeboxes. It could very well be a duff box as it wasn't new when i bought it but if there is anything else that can be suggested to try I'd be most grateful

just reading other posts of dishes gone out of alignment with the very bad weather,so maybe the dish needs a tweak or two.

Signal quality about 74% but I've had this issue for probably best part of a week now.

U will have to save ur cccam.cfg file to a usb, u will have to google how to do this cos it might be comin close to breakin forum rules. Once u have it saved reflash u box with clone safe firmware, all can be found on the forum. Check out shady's tut it will tell how to do it
