    newcamd bizare issue

i am issuing s10, a number of them, now some of the boxes have developed a fault in which newcamd is saying its working (green sign) it decodes the channel as far as its displaying subtitles (if their on), but no sound and no picture.
Server does send codes as it is not saying scrambled and it displays ND in green and newcamd in green.

Anyone had any similar issues with these boxes? any luck resolving this?

good point, but no I haven't got any 'gifts' with the box, and I sorted it anyway, there had to be some glitch with uploading new software, got new pendrive, restored factory settings, deleted channel list, etc... put new software again and it works now...
