new s10 it boots up no display light

hi my new s10 comes on but no display light so cant use the control any1 had this before

i also put usb in at back and box responds to it but cant use control no light on at front

Hi

You could open it up and make sure the connector to the display has not worked loose and fully pushed in. It should be the one to the right as you looking at it from the front.

Where did you buy from UK or China.

got it from the uk and the front of box was glued on and the front panel had been bashed a bit got if from max-sat stay clear the guys not interested when u ask questions a even tryed firmware on here for boxes like mine does work but not lights at front on cant use remote or the buttons on the panel al learn from using that site again

sounds like the front panel itself is dead,at least if the remote sensor worked it would still be usable.
