Openbox S10 / S11 problem URGENT HELP PLEASE!!!

Tried both boxes in same household.

When connecting to the Newcamd it says KO instead of OK

We swapped S11 as we couldn't get it to work at all for S10 and it was working perfect for a short time however my customer is getting a kitchen fitted so the installer of kitchen turned it off by the mains. Now it won't connect to the server.

The box is connected using homeplugs and even using ethernet cables still no joy.

Do u think this is a problem with PlusNet or the TG585v8? Or the boxes?

Should I try taking a different router? My head is battered!!
