Faulty Skybox F3

Hi got a skybox f3 that will only sometimes respond to the remote, i have borrowed my mates remote to eliminate that, also tried different firmware, seems to work for about 30 seconds and then just stops working. Do you think it could be the remote sensor on the skybox itself?

I think you've been sold a faulty box, why not send it back to your supplier..

Its possible its faulty as it should be pretty fast response. Maybe you could open box up to make sure sensor cable is pushed in firmly. Or if your mates got same box then just swap front panels to test.

If youve got it from china not sure if its feasable to send it back.

china doesn't accept complete receivers back into the country.You would have to ship it back in pieces,kind of voiding the warranty one would think.

Thanks lads, will try swapping front with my mates, see if that makes any difference and check sensor cable connection, as for warranty think that will be void as soon as i take back of, because they have little tamper proof stickers on these boxes now around screw area, which crumble in little pieces.
