openbox s10 no boot

afther upgrade openbox s10 not boot at all i try to use stb erom upgrade tools and it does no work any help please

using the correct serial cable?
using a pc with real com port?
using the correct rev of eromupgrade tool?

Have you tried to upgrade using an Rs232 cable? check in th post here on bad decoder and download the prescribed softwares and try ur luck. U never can tell
