skybox f3 no auid on pvr recording

just got one of these boxes and when i tested PVR it does not play audio

tested by recording sky movied hd - playback pic is fine but no audio

on the medial player app in menu i see there is a list of buttons and one mentions audio right beside exit and scroll but i cannot see such button on the remote

any help?ty

Press audio button on remote and choose different option and all should be ok.

yup found the audio button and changed and audio came back but it seems its somethnig i need to do each time --- any permanent fix for this

seems when recording hd i need to change this every time i want to playback the file

They probably will be in future firmware upgrades, new box so they are just ironing out small problems at the moment.

Hi Bud had the exact same problem installed this firmware and it cured the record problem.

File size looks rather small for a full system image file, normally 4mb!

Canford the file is a zip compressed file just download uncompress using winrar or winzip copy to mem stick put in box and upgrade from usb

I have just got one of these and found exactly the same problem, does the fix work permanently? Is it easy enough to download? Never had experience with this before so bit of a novice.
