OpenBox S11 in constant reboot loop

Hi recently updated my Openbox S11 channel list and everything was fine, however BBC One was the incorrect region so I updated the Id using STBHD editor, went to update by USb in the openbox menu and updated my channel list. Once i did that the box rebooted, but now reboots everytime and i cannot get into the OSD menu to reset factory settings or anything. The Openbox picture appears on screen but then the box restarts. it appears to be on channel 00001 but then reboots. I think it may be to do with the channel BBC One but I cant get into the menu to change this beacuse of the constant rebooting loop. Is there a way to fix this or do a hard resest without going into the menus, or is the box broken? Thanks in advance.

I had the exact same problem! To sort it I flashed new firmware using a serial cable and then edited the channel list on the box not on the pc.

      Hi

You could take out the sat cable then boot box up and delete problem channel and connect sat cable up again and boot box should resolve issue.

Check if you have another of the same channel in your all sats list and that it is working fine and add it to list.

      Regards
