whenever i plug my ethernet cable into s/b f3 i get orange light on my modem and channels wont open,exact same set up on dm800 and all ok.
any help appreciated.

Mine does same - it is because the is no signal going out of the F3 as it can not be used as a server yet. If u have two lines the same on two box you can only use one box at a time I beleive
