openbox s11 and 3g connection

Hi all,first post,my parents live in Co.Donegal the only broadband is 3 network and 3g is hit and miss,just wondering if this 3g router Solwise 3G Router NET-3G-434T with modem, 11n and PSTN port and external aerial Solwise - Poynting 3G Omni Antenna - NET-3G-OMNI-A0121 would work with a openbox s11?

The only way to find out is to give it a try unless there is another member on here in your location using the exact same method. But as you say if the signal is hit and miss will it work at all

I live in Manchester but going over in a couple of weeks,our relations who live just down the road have an huwei e586b router and repeater and seem to do o.k,does the repeater only enhance the 3g signal?
