openbox s11 dead after clone message

morning all' my so called genuine openbox s11 which i bought of ebay last month which the seller claims they are 100% genuine not clone died on me last night which came up with copy on front display and said on my tv screen YOUR BOX IS CLONE VERSION!!!! now it wont even come on at all and just shows a very faint 8 on the front display. any help on how i should go about it.cheers guys

I feel sorry for your situation.
You may haev a try to update the openbox s11.

Sometimes the machine is easy to die when being used wrongly.

Ask for the update software from your seller on ebay.

If not work after updated,let their engineer to solve the problems.

i heard that you can recover them with rs232 but why should i if i was mis sold a clone box which is meant to be genuine it has got a genuine chip id too 085B cant understand it.

I have already solved using s10 fix soft ware.

Go to the link shown below,only two trial, your receiver will work again,but your openbox transform to skybox.
