Skybox S11 HD PVR

Hi,

I just time recorded on my skybox for 1 hours on 16gb memory stick. The file play fine on the skybox media player. When i plug my usb to my mac and try play the file, they come out blur, laggy and no audio. The TS file split into 1gb section into 9 different parts. The folder also contain dvr files. I set the timer for 1400 to 1500 but it recorded extra 30 min. Any idea why?

Im also wondering if my box is clone or not?

The seller told me its update with the latest original firmware so it cant be a clone. Is this true?

The last question: The firmware unable me to record one channel and watch another channel that is in the same transponder. What does transponder mean? Is sly uk all in the same transponder.

On the mac I use mpeg streamclip 1.9.3b7 to play .ts files,a free player from Squared 5 - MPEG Streamclip video converter for Mac and Windows
When you hit record you then hit ok to get a list of other channels on the same transponder
