Openbox s11 NOTHING

I need help with s11, I have nothing on screen and nothing on display and i know there is power going to it because when i put in usb stick it the dongle blinks.I have tried various methods incase it is bricked like the noclone.rar and upgrade_pvr800 through the null modem cable but to me it looks like the box is dead but its only a couple of weeks old, any ideas??

if you purchased this box a couple of weeks ago return it to the seller for replacement as it would be still under warranty,but if bought secondhand you want have much chance of replacement,it sound like the internal power board may be at fault,you can purchase new power board on ebay cheap..
