skybox F3 30 second standy to channel view

Hey guys

just got my SKYBOX F3 today But i think something wrong with it, when i place the box in standby mode and press the standby button again it takes 30ish seconds to get back to watching TV again, is this normal?

also when coming back out of standby the front LED pannel shows sort of % count up to 100 and then i get the welcome screen on the tell every time i go to standby and and back again. Is this normal?

They dont have standby, they only shut down, so when you turn it on it has to boot up again... Its normal..
