Openbox no signal fault

Hi Guys,

I bought an openbox s11 of ebay with all channels pre installed but for some reason I am getting '' No Signal '' on lots of channels, e.g Sky sports channels ( nearly all sky sports ), Sky movies channels, Nat Geo and others too I dont really remember the names, someone suggested to buy an openbox fix on ebay, is that any good or I need something else to do?

The channels do move now and again, so maybe the channel list on your box is a bit out of date.. Try loading a different channel list (theres loads on here to choose from) or scan the satellite yourself..

Thanks for your reply, sorry to be thick but how do I scan the satellite? sorry I am new to this, do I have to go in menu and do that?, do I have to save the channel list before I scan?
