how would i go about deleting a category from the list that i dont want ?

if you do a search in this section you will find the latest F3 firmware and any channel lists that members have gratefully supplied themselves.

can anyone provide me with the scooby snacks firmware for skybox f3?? ive tried subscribing to dogs bollox to try and get a copy but not heard anything from them. Ive accidentally restored my box and lost everything. just left with an ironman background. pleeeease help

hello i have put the firmware in my skybox but now i dont have any channels and not hotbird and astra 19 and 23 how can i put it in. some one can help me pleas i do the upgrade but now i dont have any channels
